Add a custom payload

Upload a new custom payload. DEPRECATED: This endpoint is limited to 1MB files. For better performance and support for files up to 150MB, use the optimized upload flow: 1) POST /payload/upload-url to get upload URL, 2) Upload file to S3, 3) POST /payload/confirm-upload to finalize.
